Woodhill Center East is the second phase of the Woodhill Redevelopment. This community offers a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment flats and townhomes that opened Summer 2024.

Woodhill Station West is the first phase of the Woodhill Redevelopment. This community offers one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans that opened Spring 2024.

We build and preserve affordable and mixed-income rental homes for families, seniors, and adults with disabilities. With community-tailored master planning and community engagement coordination, our residential developments make neighborhoods stronger and more accessible.
