A new apartment and townhome project that will renovate and repurpose one of Cleveland’s oldest public housing developments just got a few steps closer to joining Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood.
Woodhill Center East, which is part of a project will replace the existing 80-year-old Woodhill Homes with updated public housing, low-income, and market-rate units, is heading back to the Cleveland Planning Commission with no additional comments for approval from the Southeast Design Review Committee.
Cleveland-based City Architecture represented the project before the review committee.
